Be You
You have to learn that who you are is good and important. Be you and be what you want to be. Set boundaries for yourself and for others and stand up for what you believe in. If there is something you want to eat, eat it, if you want to dress a certain way, do it. Always be who you are and not someone false.
Be Who You Want to Be
You have different gifts and attributes than everyone else. You have to come to the point in your life where you decide that you are going to be you and that you are going to do what you want to do. This can get rid of your emotional stress and help you to be more productive and less emotional.
Be Loved
Part of healing means that you allow yourself to be loved and to love others. The longer you live, the more meaningful you will see that life is and that love it. Even if you have been hurt growing up or in life, allow these hurts to go away and let love come into your life.
Mind
Your thoughts are the biggest emotional causer that there is. Allow yourself to feel emotions but not to dwell on them. Use thoughts to be productive and happy but do not let them take over what you are or who you are. Substitute negative thoughts for positive thoughts.

We cannot control what has happened in our past and we have to stop letting these past thoughts to rule our lives. We have to learn to move on with the present and forget about the past. Anxiety stresses out our body and our mind and makes our mood change drastically. There are ways you can lessen your anxiety by breathing slowly, relaxing and turning off the internal switch that makes you be anxious and replacing it with calmness. Don’t be afraid of life and create more anxiety for yourself.
Meaning
You have to learn to find meaning in your life. Make things that you do on a daily basis mean something. Even if there is a problem, put a meaning to it and learn to work past it. All experiences in life are meaningful and if you can see the meaning, it can bring you less stress.
Mood
Let the meaning of your life increase your mood and not bring you down. If you are sad today, figure out why you are sad and put a meaning to it. Don’t just say, “I am sad,” say, “My friend said something hurtful to me.” Putting a meaning to what you are feeling can help you to work through the problem. Make your life a project and always do things with a good attitude and this will give you less mood change.
Personality
You might not be the person that you want to be, and you might be more emotional and angry than you feel you should be. You decide who you are and what personality that you have. You do this by the actions that you take. Change your actions and take your thoughts captive. Take action against having negative feelings and thoughts.
Circumstances
Learn to deal with the circumstances that life has given you. You have to deal with work, with your health, with your relationships and with the world around you. Sometimes things are out of your hands no matter what and you have to learn that you cannot be stressed about things that you cannot change. Healing emotionally takes real action and you have to put these thoughts captive and find ways to be positive on what you can change.
