Healing
Take time to heal and let yourself recover. Don’t feel too proud to need help. There is nothing wrong with you, it just takes time to heal and process things.
Get Support
Allow your friends and family to give you support. If you need to, see a therapist. They are there to listen to you and will not judge you. Allow them to talk about your past and bring up memories.
Seek Professionals
If you cannot open up to family or friends, get professional help. See a trauma counselor and let them help you work through your problems.
Meditate
Meditate in a quiet place and get rid of your negative thoughts. Allow yourself to have peace and accept what ha happened. Let the body have a moment of peace and rest.
Movement
Go out of your house and move. This releases endorphins that can make you feel better about yourself and your surroundings. Try yoga or going for a walk. Do whatever you can to stop feeling stressed and worried. Learn to have joy again.
Let your feelings go and embrace the feelings from the past. Love yourself enough to let yourself heel. Your thoughts will not go away if you keep holding on to them.
